Elements Bodywork is a massage therapy studio based just outside Sheffield city center, our focus is on modern massage therapy.
Although we use familiar treatment techniques, the theory behind their function is based on up to date knowledge of the body’s sensory systems.
Booking a massage at Elements Bodywork is a collaborative process between you and your therapist, each treatment is bespoke and responds to your needs on each occasion. Your treatment is guided by the you, rather than the therapist telling you what you need. 

Our studio is located on Shoreham Street, sharing a space with the inclusive hairdressers, Suebyz. Our space is calm and clean, nurturing a sense of relaxation immediately upon entering. We use sheets and a blanket rather than towels which provides a greater sense of security on the couch.
There are a range of bolsters and pillows to ensure you are comfortable throughout.

Our treatments take place in our studio on Shoreham Street, where our treatment room is designed with a psychologically informed environment to help you feel relaxed, calm, and safe. The décor features warm, muted colours, and gentle lighting to create a welcoming atmosphere that avoids a clinical feel.
Before your appointment, we take a comprehensive history of your lifestyle to ensure we can provide a safe and effective treatment. In some cases, we may contact you beforehand to understand how certain conditions affect you. Don’t worry—massage is suitable for almost everyone, but we may need to adapt your treatment to suit specific needs or conditions.

By Foot or Bike: There is a bike rack in front of the studio. You can easily walk from the city centre by walking towards St Mary's Church from the Moor.
By Public Transport: Take bus routes 12 or 45 to Main Street—just a 3-minute walk from our location.
